An easy-to-follow recipe for baby back ribs

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Smoker
  • BBQ Rib
  • BBQ sauce
  • Aluminum foil
  • Baby back ribs

To make the best baby back ribs, you obviously have to make a trip to the store to buy baby back ribs. After you have bought them, put some BBQ sauce (any brand) and rub them on the ribs (be sure to really rub in the seasonings). Do these steps 24 hours before cooking.

After the 24 hour period, set your smoker to 225 degrees. Place the ribs in the smoker for two hours, then pull them out and wrap them in aluminum foil (this tenderizes the meat) and smoke them for another two hours. After two hours in the foil, you must pull them out and unwrap them. Put BBQ sauce all over the ribs (be sure to be generous and don’t miss any spots!)

After slathering the ribs in BBQ sauce, smoke for one more hour. Then, after you have completed all of these steps, take them out and let them cool for 20 minutes. Slice them up and enjoy!
